Back to School Meditation 1 of 5 ? Reflection of Summer

Teachers, there is a lot of buzz about going back to school. You can’t even turn on the TV or walk through target without seeing school supplies lunchboxes and backpacks. Soon there will be little bodies or big bodies with those backpacks walking into your classroom. We have created five meditations that we believe will help you prepare for the coming year. These meditations pull from many traditions but the goal is to help bring you inner peace. They are tools for you to put in your own backpack. We believe in Nurturing the Nurturer.
